A Menu for Any Occasion
Our catering menu reflects a patchwork of complex, bold flavors pieced together from varied cuisines and brought together with classical technique. Almost everything we cook we make from scratch. Led by Executive Chef Martin Bleck, our culinary staff is passionate about food, being masters at their art and obsessed with extracting intricate flavors from the finest and freshest ingredients which are the bounty of our fabulous valley.
Please note that we do have a $500.00 menu minimum on any catering order!
